Wow! What a crazy six weeks it's been! We spent several weeks preparing paper crafts for three arts and crafts shows in which we participated, then we ran across some unexpected problems. Jeannene had to have an unforeseen heart surgery the first of last week. She is doing extremely well now, and can't wait to get back into crafting again. Thank you to all our family and friends who kept her in their prayers!
We had lots of success at our craft shows, and one of the big sellers was decorative note paper boxes. We had boxes made up for Alabama and Auburn and a few other college teams, plus special ones for teachers, men with fishing, hunting, golf and NASCAR themes, and boxes for women that featured beautiful Wild Orchid Crafts flowers.
We were so pressed for time, that we were not able to take pictures of the holders we sold at the craft shows; however, Kim has spent the past two or three days making about 20 of the note paper boxes for Jordan to give as Christmas gifts to her friends. These boxes are more modern than the boxes made for the craft shows, plus Kim was able to personalize them with the girls' names and photos.
We hope you looking at a few of these boxes, and maybe they will be an inspiration for special gifts to your family and friends.
